• We (Irina Cazazaeva and any related person or entity such as employees, associates, etc.) are thrilled to start working with you, welcome! By purchasing any of our products, programs or services you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  It is common practice for naturopaths, nutritionists and other non-licensed practitioners to specify that by purchasing any of our products, programs or services you agree, acknowledge and accept that:

  • Irina Cazazaeva is not medically qualified;
  • Our services are in no way a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor;
  • Irina Cazazaeva recommends that you consult your doctor before making any changes to your diet or exercise regime or taking any dietary supplements;
  • Irina Cazazaeva does not warrant the accuracy of any information provided;
  • Irina Cazazaeva is not liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of our services or your reliance on our advice;
  • Irina Cazazaeva does not recommend any particular product;

  By purchasing any of our products, programs or services you hereby instruct us to provide services to you and you indicate your agreement to all the terms set out in this Terms and Conditions.

  What Irina Cazazaeva Does and Does Not Do

  Irina Cazazaeva is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe remedies for any specific disease or conduct any controlled act which may constitute the practice of medicine in the province(s) in Canada, in the USA, or anywhere else in the world. Our services are restricted to nutritional consultation, longevity and mindset coaching on the subject of general nutritional well-being.

  The information we provide is not intended to, cannot, and should not be expected to be a substitute for a personal consultation with your own qualified doctor. We do not accept any liability for any failure to identify any medical condition or disease; this is not the purpose of our services. We will collaborate with your doctor by respecting your diagnosis provided by you and suggesting protocols to balance your well-being.

  The information provided is intended for educational purposes only and should not be taken as professional medical advice or used as a substitute for medical care. We are not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences that may result, either directly or indirectly, from that information.

  We may obtain a set of DNA or laboratory test results from various professionals and provide you with an interpretation of those test results by various professionals that you can use exclusively as an educational tool for personal well-being purposes.

  Privacy of Information

  As part of our services, you may be asked to provide information concerning your physical habits, medical history, moods, energy levels, likes and dislikes, lifestyle and diet. We will hold this information in confidence and will not release or disclose this information to any other person, without your prior consent, except as required by applicable law. Circumstances that legally required information disclosure included: if you threatened to harm yourself or others; disclosure of abuse; if court subpoenas documents. All other information is kept strictly confidential.

  Always Consult Your Doctor

  Irina Cazazaeva is not a qualified medical advisor and makes no claims to be such. The information we provide should not be taken to be, and is not a substitute for, personal medical advice and instruction. You should not take any action based solely on our advice.

  You should consult your doctor:

  • for a medical interpretation of your test results;
  • on any matter relating to your health and well-being;
  • before making any changes to your exercise or diet;
  • before taking any nutritional, herbal, homeopathic or hormonal supplementation;
  • before beginning any therapy.

  Exclusion of Warranties

  We will provide services to you with reasonable care and skill. But we make no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to those services. All other warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  We believe that the information provided in our services or any other programs or during any coaching, is accurate, but we cannot guarantee such accuracy. We therefore make no warranty as to the accuracy of that information, and it should not be relied upon as being correct, complete or accurate. It is your responsibility to verify such matters independently using primary sources of information and professional medical advice. We make no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the quality or effectiveness of any of our recommendations, diagnoses, apparatuses, treatments, suggestions, therapies or products. In no event will we be liable for any injury (whether physical, mental or otherwise), or any negative effects (direct or indirect), which may result from any of Irina Cazazaeva’s or her associates’ recommendations, diagnoses, apparatuses, treatments, suggestions, therapies or products.

  Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information shared on or through our services, the information may inadvertently contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Because scientific, technology and business practices are constantly evolving, you agree that Irina Cazazaeva or her associates’ are not responsible for the accuracy of our Websites, products, programs, services, or for any errors or omissions that may occur.

  References or links in our Website to the information, opinions, advice, programs, products or services of any other individual, business or entity does not constitute our formal endorsement.

  Exclusion of liability

  If you rely on, act upon and/or use any of our recommendations, diagnoses, apparatuses, treatments, suggestions therapies or products, you do so at your own risk.

  Each person is different, and the way someone reacts to something may be significantly different from another person’s reaction. We cannot predict how you may react to any particular recommendation, diagnosis, apparatus, treatment, suggestion, therapy or product.

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Agreement excludes:

  • Any and all liability in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential injury, losses, costs, claims, damages, expenses or proceedings (including but not limited to loss of profits and wasted management time) incurred or suffered by you or your beneficiaries, family, trustees, etc., arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to any injury or loss, damage or expense arising from any defect, error, imperfection, fault, mistake or inaccuracy with the recommendations, diagnoses, apparatuses, treatments, suggestions, therapies or products Irina Cazazaeva or or her associates provide or the laboratory results we review on your behalf;

  Any and all liability related to any failure to identify any medical condition or disease. You understand and agree that this is not the purpose of our services.

  • This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to body or property and claims of third parties and it serves to bar any claim against Irina Cazazaeva or any related person or entity including any of its owners, directors, employees, or operators.

  You hereby fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify and release Irina Cazazaeva and any of our agents, consultants, affiliates, team members, joint venture partners, employees, shareholders, directors, staff, team members, or anyone otherwise affiliated with the business from any and all causes of action, allegations, suits, claims, damages, or demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that may arise in the past, present or future that is in any way related to our services.

  No Recommendation Without Medical Consultation

  All material and information we may provide about recommendations, diagnoses, apparatuses, treatments, suggestions, therapies or products is provided solely for educational purposes and for use when discussing your health with your medical doctor. We do not recommend you rely on our services without medical consultation.

  Therapeutic Work Relationship Not Established

  Information and coaching provided by Irina Cazazaeva through her services in any capacity by you does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and Irina Cazazaeva, and anyone affiliated with Irina Cazazaeva.

  Medical Emergencies

  Irina Cazazaeva never deals with medical emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, you must go directly to emergency services.

  Refund Policy

  Your satisfaction with our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of my Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final upon signing the contract, and that our fee is fully payable at that time, and no refunds will be provided.

  Cancellation Policy

  48 hours is required for cancelling/rescheduling any 1:1 calls. If a 1:1 call is cancelled/rescheduled in less than 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be billed at $100 USD for the call. Extenuating circumstances for late cancellations (sickness, death etc.) will be evaluated on a case by case basis and the fee may be waived.

  If you do not show up for any 1:1 calls, you have forfeited these sessions and you will not have the opportunity to reschedule. If you wish for your no-show to be considered as an extenuating circumstance, and would like to request for the opportunity to rebook, you can send the request to This email address is being protected from spambots.   Payment Plans

  Payment plan payments are automatically charged every 4 weeks. You must notify us if your credit card information changes. Failure to make a payment/update payment information within 5 days of the initial payment decline will result in termination of your access to our services. If payment is made at a later date, within the period you have access to the services, your access to the learning hub, meal plans, and coaching calls will resume. The deadline for completion of the services will not be extended. Payment plans will not be paused under any circumstances.

  Tech Issues

Emails regarding customer service related issues will be responded to within 24-48 hours, if you send a request on Friday night, please allow 3 business days for process. 

  Live Events, Webinars, Masterclasses, Facebook Groups, Website Etiquette

  It is important to be friendly, supportive, and respectful of fellow Irina Cazazaeva’s clients. You agree that when participating in Irina Cazazaeva’s Live Events, Webinars, Masterclasses, Facebook Groups, Website, you will not post or upload any inappropriate, promotional, defamatory, destructive, obscene, or unlawful content; defame, abuse, harass, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others or upload dangerous or harmful files.

  Do not personally message Irina on Facebook or IG, she might not see your message for a long time. You can use the email or text message system for support.

  You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In addition to the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, you also agree to comply with all local laws that apply to your participation in this program. You may not use these services in any manner which could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the programs, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the programs. You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and communications while participating in the services and for any consequences of that use.

  Irina Cazazaeva reserves the right to remove individuals from our community in instances of misconduct. Any inappropriate behaviour will be given a warning. If you continue to fail to comply with appropriate Live Events, Webinars, Masterclasses, Facebook Groups, Website etiquette, it will result in prompt removal from the Live Events, Webinars, Masterclasses, Facebook Groups, Website, Apps, etc. You will receive a refund based on the portion of the service that has not been completed, and access to the Facebook group will not be reinstated.

  Personal Responsibility

  Irina Cazazaeva can support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. You are responsible for your own well-being. Irina Cazazaeva does not take responsibility for your well-being.

  Irina Cazazaeva cannot predict and does not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual. Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from participating in this service. In order to see improvement and results, you must take a leading role in your wellbeing process.

  Copyright

  The entire content included in Irina Cazazaeva’s service including but not limited to program materials, protocols, text, videos, audios, downloads, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the Canadian and other copyright laws, and is the property of Irina Cazazaeva. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Irina Cazazaeva., ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

  Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of Irina Cazazaeva’s materials for the sole purpose of personal use. You may download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the learning hub solely for your own non-commercial use. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of Irina Cazazaeva’s materials is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Irina Cazazaeva. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from Irina Cazazaeva’s materials.

  Purchase of Irina Cazazaeva’s products, programs and services entitles you to a single use license. Under no circumstances is the information to be shared with others, publicly disseminated or sold.

  Learning Hub Access

  Your purchase of Irina Cazazaeva’s service is a single use license only. This means that sharing of your password to access the learning hub or the sharing or distribution of any Irina Cazazaeva’s materials (including PDFs, documents, MP3s and videos) is strictly prohibited.

  You may be given access to the exclusive Holistic Hollywood Body private online Facebook group if you wish so. This access will be granted within 24 business hours of purchase date (Monday to Friday). You will have access to this program for 18 weeks from the date of service purchase. After this point, your access will be removed. 

  Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

  It is possible to use Irina Cazazaeva’s service successfully while pregnant. If you are/become pregnant it is your responsibility to inform us because there will be some alterations.

  Complaints

  Irina Cazazaeva offers support to our clients and a complaints handling procedure which we will use to resolve disputes when they arise, with a solution that is mutually agreeable to both the client and Irina Cazazaeva.   Media Release

  By participating in our Programs, and Services, and using our Products and Program Materials, including on social media, you consent to photographs, videos, audio recordings, transcripts, copy or written or printed text that may contain you, your voice and/or your likeness, you agree that we reserve the right to use them in our sole discretion in our current or future Programs, Products, Services, or Program Materials and/or our marketing or promotional efforts, without compensation to you at any time, now or at any time in the future.

  Delegation

  You acknowledge and understand that the principle of Irina Cazazaeva Coaching, Irina Cazazaeva, may not always be leading or present at the group meetings. Irina Cazazaeva Coaching reserves the right to have its representatives provide and assist in the provision of any part of the services stated herein or the discharge of any other obligations or duties under this Agreement without your consent or approval.

  No Solicitation of Clients

  During the time when you are accessing our Programs, Products or Services and for a period of one year thereafter, you will not contact or solicit any designated clients of Irina Cazazaeva for the purpose of selling to the designated clients any programs, products, program materials and services which are the same as or substantially similar to, or in any way competitive with, the services provided by Irina Cazazaeva at any point during the Period of this Agreement. For the purposes of this section, a “designated customer or client” means a person who was a customer or client of Irina Cazazaeva before, during or after the period during which you are accessing our Programs, Products or Services

  Warranties Disclaimer.

  We make no warranties as to our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials. You agree that our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant IN LAW AND IN EQUITY, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials will be functional, uninterrupted, correct, complete, appropriate, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any part of the websites content are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of our Program, Products, Services, Program Materials or Copy or on third-party websites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise.

  Technology Disclaimer.

  We do our best to ensure that the availability and delivery of our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials is uninterrupted and error-free, including our content and communications through methods like our website, member forum, private Facebook groups, email communications, videos, audio recordings, Zoom calls, recorded Zoom calls, downloadable PDF handouts/slides, handouts, e-books, or any other materials provided by us to you. However, we cannot guarantee that your access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time, including to allow for repairs, maintenance or updates, although of course, we will ensure to limit the frequency and duration of suspension or restriction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for damages or refunds, or for any other recourse, should our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials become unavailable or access to them becomes slower incomplete due to any reason such as system backup procedures, Internet traffic volume, upgrades, overload of requests to the servers, general network failures or delays, or any other cause which may from time to time make our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials inaccessible to you.

  Force Majeure.

  We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay in fulfilling our obligations pursuant to this Agreement caused by or resulting from conditions or causes beyond reasonable control including but not limited to power outages, riots, fire, flood, explosion, governmental controls or regulations, epidemics or other public health emergencies, civil insurrections, acts of terrorism, civil or military authority, and inability to obtain necessary supplies and materials or perform our obligations due to such causes.

  Links to Other Websites.

  We may provide links and pointers to other websites or platforms maintained by third parties that may take you outside of our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials. These links are provided for your convenience and the inclusion of any link in our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials to any other website does not imply our endorsement, sponsorship, or approval of that website or of its owner. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions caused by other websites that may be included in our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials. We have no control over the contents or functionality at those websites and so we accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or otherwise that may arise from your use of them and therefore we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any other website or their content.

  Chargeback Threats, Reversal of Payment, Payment Cancellations, and Actual Chargebacks

  Since we have a clear and explicit refund policy in these Agreement that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of any of our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, you agree that any type of chargeback threat, reversal of payment, payment cancellation, actual chargeback or claim from your credit card company, PayPal, financial institution, or any other payment service will constitute a breach of this Agreement on your part.

  In the event that a chargeback, reversal of payment, or payment cancellation is initiated by you or we receive a chargeback threat, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies, or any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, payment date, payment amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback.

  Sharing Information with Payment Processing Company.

  All information obtained during your purchase or transaction for our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, and all information that you give us is part of the transaction such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information, may be collected both by us and our payment processing company.

  Payment processing companies and merchants may have privacy and data collection practices and policies that are different from ours, we have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies of the payment processing companies and merchants. In addition, when you make certain purchases through our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, you may be subject to the additional terms and conditions of the payment processing company, merchant, or us that specifically apply to your purchase.   You release us, our payment processing company, and merchants from any damages that you incur, and agree not to assert any claims against us or them arising from your purchase or use of our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials.

  You have the right to terminate your use of or participation in my Programs, Products, or Services, Program Materials and Copy at any time by contacting us IN WRITING, including by e-mail.

  Irina Cazazaeva reserves the right in her sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to our Programs, Products and Services, Program Materials, in full or in part, at any time, without notice, by sending you an email to the email address you provided to us during registration or enrolment.

  In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us.

  Upon termination by either of us, we reserve the right to immediately refuse or terminate your access to any aspect of our Programs, Products and Services, and/or our Program Materials, including but not limited to our website, private forum, email communications, Facebook groups, Zoom calls, live webinars or conference calls, recordings of any such communications, or any other method of communications related to our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials at any time without notice and in our sole discretion.

  Governing Law

  By purchasing any of our products, programs or services you agree to these Terms and Conditions and enter into an Agreement in Quebec, Canada, which under all circumstances be governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada regardless of the nationality and/or location of the client.

  By purchasing any of our products, programs or services you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that:

  • You have read every section of these Terms and Conditions and agree to all of its terms;
  • You fully understand these Terms and Conditions and you know that by purchasing any of our products, programs or services you are waiving certain legal rights including you right to sue Irina Cazazaeva or any related person or entity;
  • You have had an opportunity to have these Terms and Conditions reviewed by a lawyer and either have done so, or have freely chosen not to do so.

• Irina Cazazaeva reserves the right, at her sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Websites, programs and services following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Irina Cazazaeva may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Websites (including, the release of new tools and resources).
