• There is no 1-day ticket option for retreats. Tickets refunds can issued up until 3 month before the event. No refunds will be issued after that date. Ticket holders have the ability to transfer their ticket to another person 1 month before the event. After 2 weeks before the event no ticket transfers are permitted.

  There is a 2 ticket limit for the Bring-A-Friend referral ticket option. Bring-A-Friend tickets do not qualify for the VIP ticket option.

  Irina Cazazaeva’s Live events, Retreats and Summits are a smoke and scent free zone. Please bring your own reusable water bottle/cup/mug.

• Any goods purchased from the Website will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, or in the event of a return, would remain with you during the time you ship the item back until the carrier delivers the item back to the supplier.

• Irina Cazazaeva attempts to be as accurate as possible. • Please note that while there is no refund for online consultations, individual or group coaching, or weight-loss programs. If you are unsatisfied with any other products sold on this Website, Irina Cazazaeva offers a 14-day return policy. If after you completed the first module and had submitted 14 days of meals plans that have been properly completed and you still aren’t happy with the program, then you will receive a refund on the portion of the unused program.
