Hi! I’m Irina, the best-selling author, naturopath and the go-to nutrition, longevity, and mindset coach of the Hollywood actors, high-achieving professionals, athletes, and corporations.
I generate a personalized nutrition and longevity strategy, based on your body chemistry and the food that you like to eat, and help to implement it in a low-effort consistent lifestyle to optimize well-being.

Irina works from her home office in Montreal, Canada. Coaching appointments are available via Zoom video conference or in-person by individual arrangement in Laval, QC on Mondays or Thursdays.
Payment is accepted by major credit cards. Payment is due in full at the time of booking your appointment.
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.
There’s no refund for the scheduled appointment.
There’s no refund in case of a no-show, failure to reschedule or cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance.
Irina does not bill insurance directly. If you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company for nutrition coaching or naturopathy Irina will provide a receipt.
Insurance reimbursement for nutrition services or naturopathy is based on a number of factors and is not guaranteed. You can add your receipts for income tax refund at the end of the year.
